Fruit Crisp. It's what's for dinner.

I love using our Chalk Lots to jot down the recipe.  It’s just so much easier to see!  I can prop it up against something and see it from across the room.  Stumbling with my phone, or my computer, or even my recipe book is not something I like to do with messy hands.

This recipe can be used with your favorite in season fruit, a combination or fruits, or frozen fruits.  All are quick, easy and delicious.

Fruit Crisp

Fruit filling:
2 TBLS flour
3/4 c. sugar
4-5 cups of fruit (fresh or frozen)

1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 egg beaten

1/2 stick unsalted butter

For fruit filling: Mix flour and sugar. Toss in fruit.
For the crust: Combine flour, sugar and baking powder. Make a well in powdered mixture and blend in egg. Mix until Crumbly.

Melt 1/2 stick butter in baking dish. Add fruit mixture. Top with Crust mixture. Bake at 375° for 45 minutes.
